The best rooftop bar in town.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we had heard that visiting its rooftop bar, Torni, was not to be missed. The bar opens daily from noon, so we decided to stop by.
We were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who was working on 17 August. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but I believe it started with “M.” She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional, and made us feel very welcome.
Based on her recommendations, we ordered three mocktails and one cocktail. All were delicious, well presented and definitely worth the price.
Thank you for such a lovely experience. A great spot to visit in Helsinki, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Bring earplugs

Stayed at Torni for a long weekend Friday to Tuesday.
When rating I consider room/sleep and breakfast.
Room was nice, clean and decent size for a double in Helsinki. I was on the 3rd floor, unfortunately due to hotel location, the noise from local clubs, bars, revving cars and motorcycles, just made it impossible to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. 3.30 am all goes finally quiet. Subsequent nights were better. Keep in mind if you’re a weekend visitor.
Breakfast was nice with good selection.

After dealing with some too small hotel rooms on our trip, the pretty spacious room we had here was very comfortable and allowed for a much more relaxing experience. Also very helpful staff who were unfailingly responsive. The breakfast buffet was very, very good.

Stay somewhere else...

Whilst we were exceptionally excited to be staying at the Torni for 4 nights as part of our Finland tour, we were bitterly disappointed to say the least! Our room was absolutely freezing, we had to keep stepping outside on the balcony to warm up, I had to wear FOUR layers of clothing and sit in bed with the duvet over me to feel some sort of warmth. The temp control in the room only goes to 23c, I asked reception to allow me to increase it but it was not doable, they then on our 2nd day gave us a heater which heated up the room, but honestly, how inconvenient. It really left a bad vibe with us. The pillows were so thin, I asked for extra firm pillows, we got 2 and they were the same and not any better. I left Torni feeling like I didn't get what I paid for, sour taste in my mouth from the overpriced cocktail on the rooftop bar, a back and neck ache from the uncomfortable pillows, and huge frustration at the hotel. The staff were so lovely that it made it even worse because I wish they could help more.
