Very good place and good service, and good location for hotel also. There is many shops and other services near and good transportation services.

Too expensive and not a 4 stars

The staff was nice and the location perfect. BUT the hotel lack many things starting with the Bed mattress and pillows horrible. The curtains were dirty. The towels too old and some with holes. And No Air Conditioning !!! Eventhough they say they have ! Too expensive and too much lies. I won’t recommend. The place is Only goooood for its Location. That wasn’t a 4 stars hotel.

Good for celiacs !

Very nice stay here ,extremely impressed with gluten free station at breakfast ,so nice to be able to toast your own bread !
Staff in restaurant at breakfast very friendly and helpful …..only thing letting hotel down ,was mattress on the bed not very comfortable ,could do with being replaced .However we really enjoyed our stay

Not the best room

This time visiting Scandic Simonkenttä I got not that good room. Toilet brush had some poop on it, toilet flush mechanism was bit broken, shover head leaked, chrome cast on TV didn’t work and air con didn’t work.
After informing the staff, they fixed the shover and TV.
But the location of the hotell is very good.

Popular amont the tourists

Breakfast is very nice, but crowded. The staff range was large, some didn't say anything and left us to go out from the lift behind them in the wrong floor (it was clear we were heading to reception), some were really nice and polite. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel, there should be sign on Kamppi side.
