I am sincerely sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you experienced in your room. Hair on towels and bed linen, the condition of the bathroom door, and incorrect products in the dispensers are not acceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to maintain. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate follow-up.
Regarding stayover cleaning, our hotel follows a Light Housekeeping program, where cleaning during shorter stays is provided upon request. However, it is our responsibility to ensure that this information is clearly communicated, and I apologize if this was not made clear during your stay.
I am also sorry to hear that the breakfast experience felt chaotic and that the overall stay left you feeling stressed rather than comfortable.

Short stay for business
There are good sports opportunities nearby and scenery on the banks of Laajalahti is great.
Room was quiet, clean and equipped with basic needs, including properly working air conditioning.
Breakfast is a bit narrow but delightful and high quality.
Staff are so lovely and I also got a bit later check-out without additional fees.
