Superb stay!
I felt welcome and heartfully taken care of from the moment I was picked up at the airport until my drop off.
All staff were shining in their attitude. The junior suite was great, clean and quiet. So was the business lounge.
I would like to highlight David who was driving me and the F&B staff in the lounge.
It was a memorable stay which exceeded my exspectations prior to this trip.

We had a great stay.
We actually stayed here for 4 nights. One night prior to visiting Lalibela and three nights after our return. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great location to visit places of interests and shopping malls. The food was very good. We felt very safe in the hotel as security was excellent. The spa was nice and clean. We had a lovely massage and went back for another. Hiwot at the spa was excellent. Each and every staff member was outstanding. We had an enjoyable stay and had many lattes and croissants at the Tomoca Cafe.

Very friendly stuff and caring for the Gast
My husband has his birthday on 17.08, and he was on his business trip stayed in Ridisson Hotel, I wanted to give him a surprise, so I got in touch with the front desk stuff named Abeba, with in half an hour, she organized one cake with two beer and also print out my lovely letter for him. The hotel stuff were so helpful and friendly, my husband had wonderful time and unforgettable memory. We want to thanks for everyone who helped us and will always recommend this hotel!

Please allow me to take this opportunity to thank staff at your hotel, her name is Abeba, My husband checked in on the 18th.08.2026, which also happened to be his birthday. We were unable to celebrate it properly, but I was very keen to give him a surprise. So I contacted your staff Abeba at your hotel’s reception and explained my idea to her. Half an hour later, my husband received a gift prepared by the hotel, along with a letter of congratulations I had written, in the restaurant. This was a truly unforgettable and heart-warming moment for us. Your hotel’s service made us feel thoroughly cared for and valued; you were so proactive in helping us fulfil our wishes, which moved us deeply. We would highly recommend your hotel and look forward to staying with you again in the future.
