Helpful staff and clean/confortable rooms
The rooms were confortable and clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. There's a restaurant and a bar, the service and food is good. The area is safe.

Horrible experience but good sleep
1. The pickup from the hotel was delayed. When other guests complained to the driver, he laughed. I am not sure if that is a cultural thing.
2. Upon arrival, checking in took time since the copier was not working. We were providing with keys for rooms but with my key, I wasn’t very sure if my door had actually locked.
3. After check in, we were told that dinner would be ready in 20 minutes. Yet 20 minutes later, we were asked to wait an additional 10 minutes which I didn’t mind at all. Until the guy from the kitchen rolled in with steamed rice only. When we asked about protein, they said wait. Only to bring cabbage that is specked with 10 cubes of beef - we were expected to share that amoung 7 people mind you. Then lo and behold, a soup that looked like it was made from left over stew pot residue showed as as the main “protein”.
5. The table clothes were stained!!
6. No hot water!!!
7. The sockets were sparking!!!!
8. They made us walk some distance to the bus because the road was closed for soccer practice.
9. But the sleep was really restful not gonna lie

The room was very good, I think they upgraded.
The window was not closing and there was a problem with the hot water. But they fixed pretty fast.
Unfortunately the breakfast was poor in terms of variety, there not fruşt, but just fruit juice.
