My stay in this hotel was incredible. Very clean and polite staff. The rooms and bed are clean and the breakfast is tasty. I would recommend it to others.

Great business hotel

The Cassiopeia Hotel in Addis Ababa does not boast excellent amenities like a spa or a pool an up-to-date fitness centre or even a main street facing entrance. You can find it on the back side of the harmony hotel, which has many of those amenities. What makes it stand apart, though is the level of dedication and service of its staff. They were exceptional, constantly checking in without interrupting and without making it overbearing just to make sure everything was OK and to see if you needed anything else special thanks to Roman and Wubenew among many others who made the experience stress-free and pleasant

Wonderful

The place is very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, organized, and always ready to help; I got to know Zaian and Abdul.

Not wow.

The air conditioning does not work; it is hot, and they do not have air conditioning.

I am very very satisfied with your services.
I love the smiles on all the staffs I was able to meet.
It was also amazing meeting and chatting with Bitania in the fabric sale room.
