La chambre que nous avions était rénovée et propre. Très bon accueil. Par contre, la salle de bain était poussièreuse et aurait besoin de rénovation.

My sister and I stayed at this motel for 2 nights and were very glad to see how clean and neat the rooms were - very comfortable - the 2 queen beds were soft and I slept very well - the green nite light under the chair really helped guide me when I needed to get up in the middle of night for a bathroom run - Hotel was quiet and clean. The office girls were supper friendly and were there to help any time if needed. I would recommend this motel to anyone - The prices were fantastic

Extremely Poor Customer Service

We have had worst experience here. They cancelled our reservation for two nights because we arrived 45min late to check in due to delays in our travels. We were not aware that this motel has cut off time for checking in. As a result of this mess we were stranded in the middle of night with very few options since most of the hotels had no vacancy. Additionally, they only refunded half of our paid amount....they rented out our room for both nights to someone else and received payment again for the same room. The manager at this property was rude, unprofessional and threatened us to charge extra if we decided to dispute her charges on our credit card. This place in unethical in handling and running their business. PLEASE, read all the low rated reviews.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several inaccuracies in your review.
Our check-in hours are clearly stated on all booking platforms, in the reservation confirmation, and in the pre-arrival emails sent to guests. We also provide late check-in accommodations when arranged in advance, and we encourage guests who anticipate arriving after office hours to contact us so we can make those arrangements.
Unfortunately, on the night of your reservation, you arrived after our office had closed and we had not received a phone call, text message, email, or other communication regarding a late arrival. As with any reservation that does not arrive or contact us by closing time, the reservation was treated according to our posted policies.
Regarding the refund, a partial refund was issued in accordance with the terms agreed to at the time of booking. The remaining amount represented the applicable cancellation and no-show charges. Any room that becomes available me be re-rented, which is standard practice throughout the lodging industry.
We regret that your travel delays impacted your arrival and understand your frustration. However, our policies are disclosed prior to booking and are applied consistently to all guests. We wish you the best in your future travels and maybe next time read as well as communicate!

Perfect motel to stay for a great price. It has everything you need and it’s super clean! I highly recommend it!!
