The host was extremely attentive during my visit and made the process easy. The bed was really firm which was great for me but may not be for everyone. Shops are a 7 min walk away. There are scooters you can rent around the area to commute. The neighborhood was relaxed and quiet day and night and everyone is friendly. Used uber to commute and spent around $15 and less for each ride. Did not use the pool. Room was as expected, if you stay here long request more towels. Would stay here again!

Modest property and comfortable area. Although, we had a cricket infestation for all three nights of my stay and we at least killed 10 each night. I'm not sure if the house keeper cleans the floors or under the bed, but those places weren't clean at all. Not sure why the pet fee is expensive; the fee should depend on whether how big/ what type of pet you have. My animal was spotless and we picked up after it. I also wouldn't recommend swimming in the community pool; it's simply unclean and unwelcoming. I strongly believe that the studio needs more of a welcoming feel; more soft lighting, a sturdy dining table, more decorative decor, and at least a bath mat. For as much as I paid for the "house keeper fee", I'm pretty sure it would be worth it to have more things to clean rather than to have a nearly empty rental stay that isn't spotless. I do appreciate the amenities and the comfortable bed, but that's all that I liked.

everything was okay, great neighborhood
only downside was that the bed made noise and eben though the sent a handyman to fix it it still had small squeaks

Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits.

We were very disappointed in our stay at the Tempe Suites. I will say that the room was immaculate but kinda sad in places. Cracked tiles, flooring in disrepair, a bottle of 3 in 1 soap dispenser on the floor of the shower. I had to contact (4 times from start to finish) the company in order to get the info to unlock the lockbox so we could get the key to get in. In the pre-check you have to take a picture of your license, front and back; a selfie with your license; a picture of your credit card (even after I had already given that info when I booked the place on Hotels.com. Crazy!! Parking was also a problem. Street parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and ended up parking around the block and paid $15 for overnight parking.
