We absolutely loved this place! It’s exquisite, comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. Danesha at the front desk was amazing!!!! She was so kind, polite, and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as it was. We had a phenomenal customer experience . We will definitely be back!

The Sunny provided the respite we were looking for over a long holiday weekend. Away from the crowds of South Beach but still offering a great beach, convenient location for eating and shopping, and a great staff. From the time we arrived, everyone that we came in contact with did a fantastic job of making us feel welcomed and taken cared of. The hotel has been nicely renovated and the decor alone is enough to make you feel like you’re someplace else. Next time we’re back in Miami, this will definitely be our spot!

We have stayed there several times and love it. Service is top notch and we absolutely love the place.

The hotel was all normal, my boyfriend wanted to propose there and they offered a service for it, but they never helped him. He sent emails and other things, but nobody contacted him.

It’s a wonderful place. We keep going back over and over again. We stayed there five times.
