Best Place Ever

After long days we come to the hotel to a chill room and fresh clean sheets and towels. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would. Friendly staff and very helpful with telling us where to go when we ask about Springfield.

DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

Terrible. For over $200.00 we were put in one of the end rooms, right by the highway with a flood light right outside the window!!!!! The so called night manager would not even speak to me. The other worthless worker didn't care and told me to speak to the day people.
What company is so incompetent that they think high price should equal flood lights outside your windows? They said close the curtains, like I'm the idiot. Curtains that don't block the the light were closed! I will never come back here!!! I know for fact there is somewhere better. I could sleep in a van with less light and noise. At least I can listen to the highway all night while having food lights shining in.

Had to change rooms at check in- bed was just ok . Shower controls difficult to set. Breakfast was decent.

Nice hotel , but the area is questionable

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast, but the area is questionable. Did not have any issues, but was worried about my car in the parking lot.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay!
