Highly recommend
The hotel is right in the heart of Seattle, just footsteps away from Pike Place Market. The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to please. The hotel rooms were clean and the views were amazing. I highly recommend!

Views, Location, and Bacon (Triple Threat)
Fantastic location. Room with a view and one of the best bars in Seattle. The staff consistently tries to make your experience stand out and it shows. Breakfast is top notch and honestly the locally sources bacon steals the show.

Lovely hotel in a GREAT location!
The location of the hotel could not be better! We loved being across the street from Pike Place Market and so close to the waterfront and countless restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, remembering my 6-year-old's name and being friendly and kind throughout our stay.

Less than expected, loyal globalists beware.
10pm Not greeted at the door. Two valet and one front desk chit chatting there, not helping my wife with her roller or backpack up the steps, also didn't acknowledge me or offer to help me and my bags up the steps. You have one job. Not a great start. Also it was 10pm we were the only ones obviously checking in, coming out of an Uber.
Check in desk. I did pre check in on the app. Handed my ID, guys say oh you pre checked in, handed the keys to me and that was it. No warm greeting, no welcome to Seattle or the hotel. No explanation of the hotel and amenities. Just handed the keys. I then said I'm a globalist, do I have benefits? Straight answer "you have your standard benefits. breakfast and late check out." Talk about a thank you for loyalty and staying 70+ nights at Hyatt last year. Not great at all. Despite availability they will not suite upgrade. I saw availability online prior to check in on a Mondayand was only there a couple days. They could do it if they cared, but they don't. I did get a water view deluxe with a nice view of the market. Once I found the said breakfast location, because I wasn't told anything about the hotel, it was great. Conversation food was good and the option to do room service for the benefits is nice. Also Nest on the rooftop was amazing. Great vibes up there.

Girls trip.
We had a wonderful stay. After a a/c malfunction in our original we were upgraded and original invoice discounted. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are gorgeous. Walking distance to the market, pier and aquarium. The blackberry rum concoction at Nest was fantastic. 10/10 will be returning.
