Very friendly staff. Really clean place. Very nice, clean, and cool rooms. The bed and pillows were inviting. I slept very well. Breakfast was not included in the price, but there was a small restaurant inside the hotel.

I generally don’t post reviews, good or bad. However I feel compelled to leave one as my requirements are pretty basic compared to most others. My single requirement- a functioning hot shower was barely met. The water pressure is too low which is surprising for an older hotel, and the heat magically disappears when others are showering.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was really nice and helpful and I appreciated being able to check in early.
I also felt safe staying here which was important to me. The location was great and close to pretty much everything so it was really convenient getting around. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient place to stay.

So easy, so nice and so well-done.

Stayed for the convenience to the Paramount Theater and it worked perfectly. The staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping and barista were all welcoming and helpful. the room was clean, great mattress and pillows, good shower and towels. We will be staying there again as we stay in Seattle 10-15 times a year.

Stayed one night to go to a thing at pacific place was very close to event so that was nice. The room we got the view from the window sucked wish had better view. Staff where helpful when needed a new hair dryer would stay again.
