Great location and great service.

I wanted a hotel that was within walking distance of the Chihuly Garden, Museum of Pop Culture, Space Needle, and the monorail, and this hotel fit the bill. I was clean and comfortable with large rooms, breakfast, and a very service-oriented staff. My only issue was that within walking distance, the restaurant choices at dinner were very limited, and the hotel can fill up with cruise passengers, so it can be crowded. Fortunately, there is a great Japanese restaurant and pizza place within two blocks.

My husband was sick while there and staff was so helpful with extra things I needed for him.
The breakfast they served was amazing best I've ever had at any hotel.
We came off the cruise early and they let us keep our luggage in a secure room until we could check in.

The beds are so comfortable.The hotel was right close to everything we wanted to do.The staff very helpful even got me transportation to the cruise ship.The breakfast was excellent.

The staff was amazing. I had placed an order with Safeway to show up after I got there but it got there before I checked in, and after getting checked in the staff brought down my order. The food was amazing, I have never had a breakfast like that. If I am ever going back this is my go to hotel.
