Good Option in SFO before or after Flight
The hotel is a great place to stay the night before your flight, especially because it’s very close to the airport. What I appreciate most is the convenient location, with nearby eateries like Wendy’s and IHOP, plus Isla, a Filipino restaurant, just a short walk away.
The hotel room and bathroom is renovated. It’s clean. Toiletries are available except toothbrush and toothpaste. Bed is comfy and soft. Bed linens smell good.
A quick 5-minute Uber ride takes you to Marshalls for any last-minute shopping needs. Another highlight is the efficient airport shuttle service—it arrives on time and runs on schedule, which gives peace of mind before an early flight.
They also have a coffee station in the lobby available from 4:00 AM to 12:00 NN, perfect for early travelers who need a caffeine boost before heading out.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice sitting area in the area on the 1st floor. It was wonderful that they have a free shuttle to the airport which is very close to the hotel.

The Alexor accommodation has changed significantly compared with many pleasant previous stays. Staff seemed unfamiliar with providing guests with the password for internet access or the location of nearby restaurants.
There was no room lighting. The only light was the entry light in the hallway. I called for the internet code, but the telephone did not work. I asked for a referral for a place to eat and was referred to the downtown area nearby, but tgere was nit one business open. After walking several blocks I returned and asked about an IHOP restaurant
I had visited previously. Then the agent said it was the opposite direction.
The cleanliness of carpeting was atrocious in public areas. A huge coffee stain in the lobby area rug was shocking. In addition the area rug in the leisure area on the upper floor had many stains and had an upturned corner that caught my foot so I tripped. This should be remedied by placing a planter or other object over the corner.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable with good linen. Air-conditioning work well. Only complaint, mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Airport transportation took awhile as there are a number of other hotels the bus drops off first. That said. The trip back to the airport was quick and efficient.
At check in, we did stand in an unattended lobby for close to 10 minutes. After a really long day of delays, this was not appreciated.
