Bring your own portable fans as they don't have any. The wall between the air conditioner and bedroom keeps the cold air in the living room area

We did not realize we had arrived early and the first clerk informed us that since we booked through a third party that we would not have Early Access and repeated the fact that we had scheduled through a third party. The second clerk was very nice. The pool and hot tub were non-functional during our stay.

From the minute we walked in until the moment we checked out, the staff was awesome and so welcoming and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Great temperature, clean, clear, warm enough salt water. Hot tub was clean and worked great! The breakfast was good too. Several options. Only suggestion at the breakfast would be to have some lower or non-sugar options for those travelling with diet restrictions. Will stay here again when travelling in Central Oregon and needing a place to stay overnight.

My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again.

Bedbugs and rude owner

My family and I booked a week stay 12/24/24-12/31/24. We have stayed here a few times in the past and didn't have any problems before. On Sunday morning 12/29, we saw bedbugs in our room. We immediately went to speak to the manager on duty and we were told the "manager" is just the owner of the hotel and is rarely onsite. The employee gave us her phone number. I called her and explained the situation. Clearly, we could no longer stay in a bedbug infested room so we needed to check out to find a different place to stay. The owner was rude and extremely defensive and was unwilling to reimburse for the days we stayed. She even accused us that we brought the bugs in ourselves! The staff informed us that this was a common occurrence and it's been an ongoing issue. They also said that the owner has no idea what's going on at the hotel or how to run it. Apparently after the hotel manager had quit and the owner didn't replace her but instead chose to "manage" the property herself which she was not doing.
