Good

Double tree midtown is good but the house keepers don’t do their job well they never fill the bathroom with what’s supposed to be in there there is never any shampoo or conditioner or body wash yet they ask you leave them a tip I don’t think so Skyler is my favorite of the whole staff she is amazing and my boyfriend and I love her so much she is definitely a keeper ❤️ the bald head man that works at night is also amazing

Unprepared breakfast staff with attitude.

2 days in a row now, I went to get breakfast at the restaurant here in the hotel. Yesterday, I arrived at 6:05 AM to a sign that said the restaurant was closed. The same sign said they opened at 6 AM. I saw food in the warming dishes and proceeded to serve myself. The workers appeared to be still setting up for breakfast. I asked about coffee and was told to get it myself at the snack kiosk. I did so only to find the coffee was barely colored water. I tolerated all this as someone having an off day.
This morning, I arrived at the same time to find the same conditions. Not ready to serve. The weakest coffee I’ve ever seen, and the addiction of ATTITUDE when I mentioned that wasn’t coffee but barely colored water.
$22 for breakfast and this is what you get! Why have the coffee cups sitting ion the tables if you aren’t going to serve it. I skipped it after the attitude and returned to my room. I won’t be trying it again.
In my previous stay here some 4 months earlier, the guy running the kitchen did a great job. That experience was a factor in choosing to stay here again this week.

The internet in my room did not work. The television did not work. I asked to change rooms and was not accommodated.
