This is an older, no-frills hotel. I had a traditional, manual key and all, and could have had exactly the same experience in 1986. The place, however, was well-maintained and clean. The room smelled clean when I walked in. Everything worked. Parking was above average for most hotels. The couple who runs this business is kind and straightforward. This is a little gem in Pullman, and I was surprised and pleased. Next time I stay in Pullman/Moscow, I will first check American Travel Inn for availability prior to shopping around.

I am very disappointed in this establishment.
They canceled my reservation so they could book their rooms with a higher fee because of an event that that is going on in town, so when I arrived to check in they told me that it was canceled unless I paid three times the amount that they had already deducted from my account.
When I ask them to honor their online price they refused and told me just to call the booking company and to deal with them.
I could not hardly understand anything they were saying. I got the gist of it though and that was to get out and that they didn't care.
I still have not gotten my money back.

Adds claimed newly remodeled rooms. That wasn't the case. Piles of sheetrock dust around perimeter of room with no sign of where it came from. Im a carpenter, I now a setup when I see it. Bathroom tile grout hasn't been touched by cleaner for quite a while m refrigerator still contained last tenant's food. I was to afraid to look inside bed so I just slept in my cloths on top.

The staff was very polite. The property is a little worn out and the refrigerator was not cleaned before my stay. It had spilled drink left inside the fridge part and the freezer had trash in it. The wi-fi was poor so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have online work to complete. The price was great so it's the type of place you get what you pay for. Very budget friendly!
