Friendly, comfortable and well located

We stayed at Hotel Neptune for 2 days because we had a hockey game!
Central location, near restaurants, and place to take a walk!
Comfortable room, small but very friendly! In the evening we hear music from the karaoke bar, but with traffic jams we forget everything
I'll go back with no problem!

Sounds like a great trip—always a good sign when hockey is involved and everything else falls into place. Glad the location made it easy to get around and that the room felt comfortable and welcoming, even if a bit on the cozier side.
BoomBox can bring some energy at night, so we appreciate you rolling with it—and making good use of the earplugs.
We’ll be here whenever the next game (or getaway) brings you back to Providence.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. No possibility of late check out unless you want to pay a half day rate. I booked a king bed and received a queen. No natural light.

It’s an older building but it’s got that older building charm where it feels updated in all the right ways without making it feel just dated. I find it comfy and the bathroom nice and large. No complaints

Nice hotel in an older building. Not very sound proof, so kinda loud. Furnishings are modern. Shower is quite tiny.

My experience at the hotel was brief as I only needed to stay somewhere for the night. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. It is an older hotel but it was charming with an old timey elevator that reminded me of the Titanic movie. I loved how the room was decorated and it was clean. Only thing to consider is that the walk-in shower is very narrow and does not have a lot of room. But other than that I very much enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Providence.
Also a plus, they have a little coffee counter in the lobby and the Barista made a great maple latte.
