I was a little surprised to see that the property is not on a flat surface. There is a slight hill grade to walk up, For those with physical disadvantages, this might be a problem. The continental breakfast was good but no meats at all, was disapointed. Loved the pool with the waterfall feature and the jacuzzi was hot enough-- but not too hot. Thank you for the extra towels in the bin by the pool.

Expected more for the price paid.

Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby at check in & there was no one available at check out to make complaints to.
Room was in disrepair & floor was dirty.

It was not a nice as we are used to from a Wyndham. The breakfast was just passable. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but walls, etc. needed some attention.

Guest that stayed were a bit loud at times. But very close to everything around. Overall good stay.

We were only there for a night but everything was Great! The bed and pillows were comfortable we had a great sleep. Will definitely look here again should we need to visit Payson again! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and cool.
