From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I especially want to recognize the The Day Managers, Security Team and Hotel Manager Richard Hess for going above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
Your commitment to excellent service and genuine hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to Richard and the entire team for helping make our first trip to Orlando such a memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

Difficult first night, but good customer service.
For the first room, the curtains had a broken hook on one side so it couldn't properly block out all of the windows, which I reported for maintenance the next day (after I moved). The second room had quite the tiny bathroom, not much room to move around, with the sink located outside of the bathroom in the main area.
Overall, the staff in all restaurant outlets, front desk and housekeeping did a wonderful job in handling the mass of people there for the convention this past weekend, but I had a much better stay there a couple years ago when I last attended.
