I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and everything was fine during my visit. My only concern was that the beds were quite lumpy and could use some improvement for a more comfortable night’s sleep. Other than that, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

Roaches, dirty, and The General Manager from hell

I am a heart attack survivor if 7 months. I am also in heart failure. I sought out this property as my primary residence after becoming unemployed and disabled. I was in search of peace and solitude in order to recover but what I found was hell instead. I paid for a week. I asked the General Manager several times to fix my TV. She never did. Instead a few days later she knocks on my door for a room inspection. I dont mind bcuz I think myself to be a clean and organized person. While she was there I pointed out the TV once again, and I also pointed out my meds and emphasized the fact that I needed rest. She walked away mid sentence. A few days later she gave me a notice stating that my room was too cluttered and my service animal is a health and safety violation. When I confronted her about it, she shooed me away like a fly, proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it to check out. She also called the Sheriff and had me trespassed in the middle of the day. I explained that I have physical limitations. I can only lift 10 pounds. She told The Sheriff to tell me if I wasn't gone in 1 hour she would withhold my refund, and security deposit. She prioritized room inspections and my service animal over my health and safety, and risked my life to do so. If you are disabled, or the family of a disabled person, this is not a welcoming place. Also the tub was extremely dirty, there are small roaches, the housekeeper cleaned the room next door and swept the trash in front of my door and left it there. And after several days the TV still never got fixed. STAY AWAY from this property. Your privacy will be invaded if you stay long term. They will enter your room without warning whether you are present or not....WEEKLY

Budget friendly/ extended stay for work

To those wondering…
Home towne suites by red roof inn at 9345 delegates drive in Orlando fl definitely feels like a home away from home.
The entire staff is passionate, caring, respectful and friendly. I have had to extend my stay for work and the team diligently helped me with my state of affairs. Tai, the general manager, stays late to help with guest accommodations. He has made incredible changes to this hotel. Always busy, he will always take the time to say hello.
Mrs. B, also a dedicated supervisor, always tries to find solutions to situations instead of saying “no”. She looks out for everyone’s best interest and has a big heart.
Lastly, the newest addition to the company, a Sarah, she has caught on really quick, is personable, and greets everyone with a smile. She handles guests with grace and punctuality,
If you need an extended stay for work or something else, they are your team!

My room was clean. The door was damaged like if someone tried to break in AC unit needs to be replaced other than that I enjoyed my stay

The staff at this property are very friendly and very helpful. They bent over backwards to help us out and and even though the stove top doesn’t work in the room, we are grateful for this facility and would stay again and actually extended our stay
