The hotel was completely out of bottled water during my stay or at least the beginning, which was a little frustrating until they got it back in. But as soon as they did, they were very generous with it.

Do not stay here.
What a dump. Stay far away from it at all possible.
Positives: upon a late night check in due to weather delays the front desk staff was very kind. That’s where the positives ended.
The room I was given smelled like it either hadn’t been used in years or was a previous smokers room. AC made a constant dripping sound and the humidity in the room made everything feel wet.
Door wasn’t hung correctly, leaving large gaps all around. Blood spot on the bathroom door and hair in the mini-fridge, no hot water…
The bartender, Mike, who was working the evening of 6/11/26 was initially just generally terrible. Inattentive. Stationed himself at one end of the bar to carry on a conversation with an individual either known to him or one he was trying to know. Observed him drinking red wine whilst hanging out ignoring his other duties. Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t care, but his then obvious attitude and anger over sorting out tabs for a larger group I was traveling with was unacceptable. He was unaware I was part of that travel group as I paid cash. He would do well to be aware that someone is always watching. Take that attitude in the back and off the floor.
Definitely would not recommend this location for business or vacation travelers.

The nationwide Hilton database outage prevented us from checking in. Once they figured it out, there was only one person working the desk. No apology or consolation was offered for checking in 6 hours after we arrived. Then the room smelled like cigarettes, and the knob in the shower didn't work.

Terrible experience and honestly the first time I’ve ever written a negative review for anything paid for a renovated room was told they had none available room was old had mildew and broken sink water coming out of the ceiling in the lobby and a huge water spot with mildew in our hallway terrible stay unfortunately old and dated rooms

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed, but the front desk receptionist confirmed my room and gave me a key without mentioning that the room had two full-size beds instead.
After going upstairs and realizing it was not the room I booked, I returned to the front desk and asked for the correct room. She told me that there were no king rooms available. I politely asked her to cancel my reservation and refund my money because this was not what I had booked. After a few minutes of hesitation, she suddenly said that a king-size room was available.
The entire situation made me feel like she was trying to get over on me by giving me a different room and hoping I would just accept it.
