Very disappointed

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! My room was not clean when I checked in or the whole time I was there, even after I told I the desk clerk. She assured me that the room would be cleaned but it never was. There were crumbs and hair under the sheets on the mattress cover and under the mattress cover on the mattress itself. The floor was not swept. Ants were everywhere. The toilet paper holder was covered in rust. The pool that was advertised on the website doesn't exist. The door was locked and the pool was boarded up. The smell in the hotel was awful!

Th rooms we're clean if it's a swimming pool you're looking for like the website states is the it's NOT a swimming pool at all my kids was upset about that the exercise room had just a couple of items in it the staff was for the most part kind and helpful

Denied a Room and Lied To!

I made this reservation through Travelocity. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm. The roll-up check-in window was down and there was a sign that said the front desk closes at 10pm, despite the fact that my reservation confirmation, and the hotel website clearly states states 11pm. We used the courtesy phone for assistance. An employee came down in a gray hoodie, shorts, and sunglasses. He had the hood up, and he reeked of marijuana. He rolled up the check-in window and asked for our name. He couldn’t find the reservation. Then he said it was canceled! I said I didn’t cancel it! He said that if you’re not there by 10 when the front desk closes, we call you. If we don’t reach you we charge the card on file! He said that he tried to call me. I said no, you didn’t! I have no missed calls! He confirmed the phone number and said that’s the number he called. I again said I have no missed calls!
Then I pulled up all of my emails, including the one I received from the hotel the day before, and no where does it say that if you’re not here by 10pm, and we are unable to contact you, the reservation is cancelled. I showed him the booking confirmation email stating that the front desk is open until 11pm!
He said let me see what I can do. Then he said he had a room with two queen beds instead of one king bed, which is what the original reservation was for, but the rate was $20 more than the reservation rate, and we would have to pay the entire amount, not just the additional $20!
My husband said, “So, are you saying that if the reservation was canceled at 10, in less than an hour your last king room was taken? That would be impossible if the front desk closes at 10!”His response was that the hotel gets booked up fast. Really? I said that this is insane, and absolutely ridiculous!
Then he said, “I can’t helped you,” and pulled the window down in our faces! We were left standing in the lobby at 11:23 pm with no place to stay! I called Travelocity and was on hold with them for almost 20 minutes while they tried unsuccessfully to contact the property. They said someone would call the next day. No one did. I did receive an email the next day from Travelocity stating that since they were still unable to reach the property, my request for relief was denied! Two days later I called Travelocity again. I was put on hold while they once again tried contacting the property with no response! This place is a sham!

There was fighting in the halls and loud neighbors. My fridge didn't work all my food spoiled. They couldn't give me a remote that worked with the TV had to buy my own and program it. They kicked me out because I had my emotional support cats with me. Mind you I was suppose to be there 19 days and nights. Now they allowed dogs and you could have two dogs to a room but I couldn't have my emotional support cats which laid around all day.
