Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in

First of all, DIRTY is an understatement it’s for people on drugs & that’s who sits outside all day & night. Second, they charge you $40 for a deposit and when you go to get it refunded they say it takes up to a month IF you ever get it back, the beds have spots on the sheets & the tv does not work. I would not recommend this room to anyone, I am a pregnant woman & was completely unaware that it was bike week in Sandusky so this was the cheapest room I could find & it makes sense why now! Never again will I stay here I will sleep in my car before I stay here again.

Not worth the savings

This property has seen better days, like back in the Carter administration. Below average cleanliness, with stained sheets and filthy carpet that turned your feet black; imagine what your shoes look like after walking up and down the Vegas strip, except it was just around the bed a few times. Furniture was in poor condition; bed sagged almost to the floor. Room had a musty, damp smell throughout that was similar to a basement that has been closed up for an extended period & the fan did nothing to dissipate it. Location is bad, far away from any area attractions and on a main road with lots of truck traffic; expect plenty of noise that could easily keep you up if you are a light sleeper, especially considering the proximity to an intersection which has the added cacophony of trucks accelerating & decelerating.
Bathroom was tired, with an older style round toilet that frequently kept running & shower fixtures caked with limescale indicating they had not been cleaned in a time frame of at least months, if not years. Towels were small and dingy and shower curtain had also not been cleaned in some time.
For some inexplicable reason the area under both the bathroom & ‘kitchen’ countertops was walled off with paneling; what purpose is that supposed to serve? There are no USB charge points anywhere in the room nor are there tabletop outlets; there is also no desk or table to sit at. There was also no coffee or coffee maker or even a set of plastic cups; safe was also non-functional.
Well below the standards of even this low trim level and not worth even the low price that was paid.

A place to crash if drunk enough

Place to lay your head at night. No bugs except two little stink bugs. Heat did not work in room. No plastic cups provided. Pretty much no blanket just a nylon sheet on top of another sheet and no microfiber under blanket. TV channel selection decent with Showtime.
Do note it’s 30 minutes from Cedar Point. Breakfast pretty much coffee and a danish.

The worst motel ever

Unfortunately you cannot give a rating of less than 1 which this place deserves. To echo what the other reviewers have said, this place is to be avoided at all costs. I honestly don't know how a place of lodging this bad is allowed to exist in this country. I even found a note in the dresser in my room warning people not to stay here. I've stayed in hotels hundreds of times over the years and nothing compares to this dump.

Old Drug infested hotel needs torn down, the slums

Worst place ever, do not book here.
Disgusting dump !!
Horrific conditions !!
Rooms are grimy.
People that live on property are on drugs.
Hotel owner gets upset & angry when you ask questions about the issues then he will yell & scream at you.
He is insane.
The reviews are correct do not stay here if at all possible.
You have been warned.
