The rooms are small but are very efficient. There are hooks and bars to hang your clothes (no dresser). There are lots of plug-in, and USB ports. In fact, there’s USB and outlets right each bed. Also, each bed has a TV at the end. Very helpful concierge was great giving us directions to various spots the elevators in the entrance take you to the lobby where check-in is. Then you take a second elevator up to your floor which requires your room key. It’s a very secure place. The location is also great because it’s 1 1/2 blocks from the Port Authority from which most subways run. The bus stop is also outside hotel. It’s about two long blocks to Times Square. There’s no continental breakfast but coffee is available at 7am.

This stay was okay. I found the staff to be kind of lackadaisical, if I'm being honest. And I was surprised by a $90 resort fee when I checked in but that could have been Expedia's fault for not being clear on fees. I had to go back to the front desk several times in order to ask basic questions and felt like I was bothering them. The coffee service was supposed to start at 7am and opened late, around 7:15. I wouldn't really recommend this place for business travellers, but for a decent stay in a central location, it was alright.

Went to New York just for a couple of days to get away found pod hotel in time square and I’ve seen it before but this was my first time staying here. The staff was friendly, the rooms are cute but really small. Great for one person with not a lot of stuff but if it’s 2 people it’s going to be a tight fit. The bathroom is also small very little room between the toilet, sink and shower. Hotel is in a great location couple of blocks from time square and it’s around everything you need including the subway station. Wish they offered more bathroom amenities instead of a very tiny bar of soap. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Room was cleaned each day and restaurant had free coffee in the morning. Appreciated that! Very conveniently located for broadway shows at night! Walked back to the hotel each time with ease. Enjoyed our stay!

Great first experience at the Pod Hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Requested extra washcloths and they were delivered exceptionally quickly. The room was clean, thoughtfully designed, and had all we needed. We had a great view! Good pillows helped with a comfortable restful sleep. The location was perfect for our trip centered on Radio City Music Hall. Will definitely come back!
