Loved, loved, loved the room! It was bigger than I expected. It was an incredible experience. The only issue I had was that I reserved an ocean view room, and instead my view was of the hotel swimming pool, which was directly beside our patio. I loved the room so much that I was able to get over my displeasure with not having an ocean view. I would stay there again.

The room itself was nice. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. We thought we had booked an oceanfront suite and this was across the road from the ocean. We also did not know this was a time share property. We probably would not have booked at this hotel either. It was a little pricey for it not being oceanfront. I didn't mind paying the higher price when I thought it was on the ocean, but what we paid was a little high with it being across the street.

Fantastic property. Only issue was the day of check-out. The housekeeping staff was staring in the window of our daughter's room. They were not changing or anything but it was very uncomfortable.

When you arrive they greet you. I was greeted when I entered the lobby and approached the desk. People were friendly, helpful and informative, and even informed me of where I could get a possible $100 Mastercard gift card if I attended a 10 minute presentation I was offered three parking spots and multiple cards for my room if I needed them, but I only need one parking spot and one card for the room walking in to the room very nice having my own kitchen refrigerator freezer in my own washer and dryer for my clothes for my sweat swimming trunks I was given a whole bunch of information on Paper of restaurants and things to do and a map layout of the Myrtle Beach layout and from the balcony I could see the ocean and the beach that was on the top floor was nice Being able to walk from my room go down the elevator and walk a block away just to have a really great breakfast to go into a pizza place only a block away to souvenir shop only a block away. Everything is within walking distance, even the beach, all I had to do is walk from the lobby across the 2 Lane St. and I was right there at the beach. Hey, do you ask that you leave the towels you used in the bathtub shower they also had a dishwasher in the room and they had a coffee machine with pretty much what you would need then Walmart was nearby if you wanted to drive there boardwalk was with him walking distance overall a really great time next time. From check in to check out it was a smooth process. The text messages with updates was fantastic. Will definitely recommend and come back.
