I had such a great stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. You can tell they really care about their guests. I truly loved it here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Arrived to find dirty bed linen on sofa bed and dead insects in living room, litter and cigarette ends out back door, 2 towels for 3 people and broken items. Gate to garden had missing handle on inside meaning couldn't open to get out. Back door doesn't seem secure. Contacted property owners to ask for refund as we couldn't stay. Initially offered a bottle of wine, then said would clean the property properly next day. Manager eventually ignored all communication. No refund given. Would recommend people do not stay.

Room was clean, the owner was rude and had myself and my gf standing in the rain all because of the weird way of how they ask for additional fees just to check in early. It doesn’t say on hotels . Com as you book this room that if you want early check in that you have to pay in cash or Zelle them, even though when you book this room it’s using my visa not Zelle or cash so it was very weird and him not being understanding made it very bad. The owner was very rude to me and my gf on the phone and made me feel uncomfortable

Would not recommend this place to anyone.
First, the lack of physical presence of a staff on site can be really challenging. During our stay, people in one of the units were making very loud noise until 2:30-3 am (and also smoking marijuana). I texted the contact number for the property at 1am but no aone replied until 6am. The noise made it impossible for us to have a comfortable sleep. This was a serious problem, and the staff didn't even bother to apologize for lack of response overnight.
Second, the shower had mold on every corner. Clearly, the cleaning needs further attention and having mold is not acceptable in any way. This is a major health problem.

There were several issues with the room
Check-in and room supplies 1/10:
I showed up a little early for check in and the room was not ready. Tried to get early check in but unfortunately that was unavailable which is no big deal. Early check in is never guaranteed.
When the room was ready 3hrs later it was not full put together. Missing items: no comforter on the bed, no wash clothes, no soap, no shampoo, no paper towels, only 2 “large” towels in the room. Which were not large towels. The were very worn and used the towels barely dried me off. The bed it self was pretty stiff.
Location 3/10:
The street that the apartment is located is a bit sketchy and very loud. Once you get off that street the area is a bit better. If you aren’t a deep sleeper the horns and sirens will keep you up.
Cleanliness 4/10:
The room was somewhat clean but it did seem to be neglected in different ways. Scuff on every wall. Paint chipped in several areas.
Staff 5/10: spoke with one employee for 1 minutes to try to get more towels. She was nice. She brought me 2 more “large” towels. She did try to enter the room to deliver the towels while my partner was changing. She did not knock just typed in the code to the door and started to walk in. I had to stop her from coming in the room. Definitely a little unprofessional.
When booking this place do not expect hotel quality. It is priced cheaper than other places for a reason. I would rate this place a 4/10
