There is no staff, it’s a self check-in. I would love to have staff in person so I can ask informations about things to do around etc….Yes, there’s a phone number but I’m foreigner and my phone is not working outside my country.

Nonexistent cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas.

Avoid! Smelly hotel not at all like the photos

We arranged an upgrade to a balcony room months in advance but were told on arrival there were no balcony rooms available. We were checked into a grubby room with a tiny window with a tree blocking it so it was very dark. I had to use the WhatsApp number to try and sort it all out which meant our first night was wasted doing this. We eventually got a balcony room (not sure how as we were told there were none available) and although the room was lighter and brighter it was still pretty grubby. The carpet is disgusting I wouldn’t even put my feet on it. Both rooms smelled damp and musty and don’t look anything like the pictures. It’s in need of a full refurb. Balcony had no drainage so when it rains it fills up and floods the room. Balcony was very dirty with mould all over the doors. No discount or anything at all offered for the mix up at the start and the inconvenience of rearranging another room which took hours. In fact the staff member wasn’t very polite or helpful at all. Our key cards didn’t work on at least 4 different occasions during the week stay. The chairs they give you for the beach are also grubby. Nobody ever at reception and restaurant staff constantly around in the way in the reception and doorway. It is in a great location but that’s really the only positive I can take from it. Best staying somewhere else.

Warning: Unreliable and frustrating Digital check in

We were unaware that this hotel only offers digital check in, which was a complete mess. The card reader wasn’t working so had to text someone via WhatsApp for help. It took 45 minutes just to get checked in, and there was no on-site staff available to help resolve the issues. Although I booked through Tickets at Work, I was required to pay additional fees upon arrival, which were not clearly disclosed beforehand. Charging a resort fee is hard to justify when there are virtually no services provided—no baggage storage, no assistance, and no pool. To make matters worse, the room temperature was locked. It was set to 66°F and couldn't be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish.

AFTER you book the property, the hotel will send you many messages offering more services (like a driver to pick you up at the airport, for a fee obviously). One of the 4 messages they send you is about a MANDATORY fee of $36.48 called "resort fee". They say it's for "beach towels, Wi-Fi, and local free phone calls".
They come with the FEE AFTER you book and disclose it a little before your check-in, so it's not like you will cancel it 30min before you arrive.
In the morning I asked for a receipt for the "resort fee". They said it was going to be sent after the checkout. They asked for my email but I haven't received after 12 hours.
As far as the hotel, the location is nice. Staff polite initially. Room mattress expired a long time ago. Sheets are good quality though (cotton).
