The stay was good the only thing that was an inconvenience was the pool being permanently closed.

There are no utensils available in the studio though they have a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is no breakfast available, only coffee during limited hours. Staff is not always available in the front and even the on-call phone is not answered. Room was not stocked with basic toilet paper. Its an okay place to stay but please be aware of what to expect. The rooms are not as nice as the photos.

YIKES. Cockroaches greeting me for a midnight bathroom visit and a random stranger making his way down the hall, knocking on doors at 2am. NO THANK YOU.

VERY UNPLEASANT

To start pics of this establishment looked very pleasant, however upon arrival, we entered into the lobby to find a garage door closed in front of the front desk ( little sketchy to say the least).
Then when desk clerk gave keys to room, my wife went up to room to find that the locking key pad wasn't on the door to gain access, the clerk went to the room and used their special key to gain access, when we walked into the room, this is went it all feel apart. The room to say the least had a raw sewage smell to it, not pleasant at all for a romantic getaway. The windows glass was broken causing a big concern for our safety!!!
Needless to say we DIDN'T STAY, was told we wouldn't have to pay since we weren't staying and had pay for cancelation anytime.
We went to a different brand and had much better experience for sure!
Then to find out that we were still charged for the room that we didn't stay in and felt very unsafe was an absolute nightmare slap in the face.
Even after speaking with numerous people to get it corrected ( even the parent company). Non of which seemed to really care about customer support and service. I still had to eat the loss for the room! Completely crap if you ask me.
I wouldn't even pay for a homeless person to have to stay there, because I would value their safety and comfort more than that!

Our room had a broken lock and light fixtures dangling from the ceiling. The front desk guy was polite and helpful but had to check with his manager for everything. The room smelled awful(like stale Asian food cooking) the tv remote didn’t work and there was a red stain on the bedding. I’d you are looking for a cheap place to stay it’s cool, but probably not a great place for a family
