Fresb breakfast, clean room with microwave, extra sink in the double suite. 2 beds and couch bed. A lot of space and a desk. Indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Some items were missing in the room such as a hair dryer and microwave glass plate but they came quickly and replaced those items. Only thing i didn't like was the charge for the room incidentals. 125 charge! It actual cost more than my room! Anyways the hotel room is near walmart, Sams club, Braums, and other restaurants. Over the stay was great ans i would rebook the hotel and room.

Too high a price for the condition of the rooms

This was a rough experience overall. I will say the staff was very friendly, and breakfast met with my expectations. With that said, there were a number of issues we encountered that impacted our experience at this hotel.
- The bathroom sink in our original King size suite was not draining. This issue led to us being transferred to a double, as maintenance was gone for the night.
The double also had several issues:
- The provided phone and refrigerator were both not working.
- There was some sort of graffiti on one of the headboards.
- The general condition of the walls was also not good, with marks and signs of water damage.
- The furniture was also in disrepair, especially the TV stand.
- The bathroom faucet was missing part of its the hot water handle. There was also no stopper in the drain, so no way to fill the sink.
- The bathroom door would not close and lock properly.
- The sheets for one of the beds was inside out. The sheets for the other bed didn’t fit properly.
- The room also smelled of mildew.
- The ice machines were all down except for the one on the first floor.
- The next morning, the elevator was down.
At a price point of $127 before taxes, this is unacceptable. I advise anyone reading this to avoid staying here.

Booked a room with jacuzzi but was told after checking in and seeing the room and returning to the desk that I was downgraded to another room earlier in the day without being notified and only explanation given was they do this at their own discretion due to not being paid much from third party services. Clerk kept calling this a ‘hilarious thing’. Needless to say I won’t be back

The ice machine did not work the floor in the bath room was dirty shelves dusty they need to do a better job cleaning hairs on the floor in bath room no body wash

When we checked in the room had a leaky ceiling, the soap dispenser was ripped from the wall and the non working phone was shoved in a drawer. We complained and unfortunately there was not another room large enough to accommodate us and our 3 grandchildren and no adjoining rooms. We had to divide into 2 rooms. Again soap dispensers at sink had been ripped off the wall. Property very worn. We will not stay at this property in the future. This was not up to Hampton standards. Very disappointed in stay. Hotel did have nice breakfast with variety and clean eating area.
