A charming stay in the heart of Key West
I'm so happy we chose to stay here instead of a big hotel/resort. It was so pleasant and relaxing. I booked the King William Standard King room. At checkin we were surprisingly upgraded to the Saratoga Superior King Suite. This room isn't located in the main house but just off the courtyard and has its own private patio. Our room was comfortable and everything from bed to shower was luxurious. The property is a tropical oasis with beautiful sitting areas in the courtyard and rocking chairs on the front porch. There is complimentary lemonade in the lobby of the main house and the complimentary breakfast is a really nice spread from salmon, hardboiled eggs, bacon to various pastries and yogurt and fruit. The location of Old Town Manor is within walking distance of all the must-hit spots of Key West. Staying here, you're allowed access to the pool at the property next door. They have one parking spot on site which we were offered for $25, otherwise they offer parking in a nearby lot for $20. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Great Location, But Extremely Loud — Not for a Relaxing Stay
The location is excellent if you want to be close to the action, but this is not the place I would recommend for a quiet or relaxing stay.
The biggest issue was the noise. There was extremely loud bass coming from behind/near the building, and the sound was strong enough that the headboard and bed shook. Music continued throughout the day and into the evening until around 11 p.m. At one point, the police were called because of the noise level. If you are planning to nap, rest, or have a quiet getaway, this may not be the right fit.
The room itself had positives. The king bed was very comfortable, and the staff was attentive when needed. Some days they close before 5 pm beware However, the room stayed cool even with two A/C units (they ran all day), so I would recommend bringing a portable fan if staying during the summer. We stayed in late June, and the heat made that noticeable.
Value was moderate for the location, but guests should know what they are booking. There is no pool, parking is limited to one spot when available, and if you arrive at a busy time you may need to park farther away and walk in the heat. Next time I'll pay the price for a gargage and. pool
Overall, this property may work well for guests who want nightlife, music, and a central location. For travelers looking for rest, quiet, or a peaceful anniversary-style stay, I would choose somewhere else.

Peaceful, quaint accommodation yet close enough to Duval Street for nightlife.
We normally stay at the Hyatt Centric in Key West but chose Old Town Manor this time for its location and traditional appeal.
Having arrived almost three hours before check in, the room was ready as promised. Set in a leafy courtyard the glazed double doors led into a spacious double room with sofa, desk, fridge, TV and coffee making facilities. The wi-fi was good, and for breakfast, a continental style offering of smoked salmon, cheese, eggs, tomato and onion salad plus toast and waffles. Coffee and fresh orange were also self service. The seating area for breakfast was ten paces from our front door, but shielded by foliage.
The maid service was daily, and unusually for the Keys there were plenty surfaces in the bathroom for lotions and potions.
Definitely going to return to room 8 if it’s available.
For those needing laundry it’s just two blocks away and we paid 35 dollars for was, dry and fold for about 30 items.
A swimming pool is available at an adjacent property.

Old Town Manor is a charming historic property… but!
Old Town Manor has many qualities that initially make it feel like a truly special place to stay in Key West. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything. The property itself is a beautiful colonial-style house that has clearly been restored with care and attention to detail. The interior design is elegant, the rooms are attractively decorated, and the lush garden feels almost Eden-like with its dense greenery and tranquil atmosphere.
In another universe, this charming historic property could easily deserve a stellar five-star review.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affect the overall experience. The most notable is the lack of sound insulation, which is among the worst I have encountered anywhere. As a frequent traveler who has visited nearly 50 countries across every continent except Antarctica, I rarely complain about noise — but here it is impossible to ignore. At night it genuinely feels as though you are trying to sleep on a stage along Duval Street while live bar music is playing right next to your bed.
If that were not enough, the famous Key West feral roosters begin their crowing duels around 4 a.m. and continue until sunrise. Between the bar music and the rooster chorus, getting more than three or four hours of sleep can be difficult.
There was also an unexpected problem with the water system. While I was in the middle of taking a shower, the water flow suddenly stopped completely — something I have never experienced in my life as a traveler. Because the incident happened after hours and there is no staff present on the property after 5 p.m., it took some time to resolve through the emergency contact. Even when the water was functioning, the pressure was extremely low, which made showering and washing somewhat challenging.
Old Town Manor remains a charming historic property in a superb location, but travelers who value restful nights and reliable basic amenities may want to weigh these factors carefully before booking.

Horrible party scene next door
AVOID this place if you intend on getting any sleep or want to relax. There is NO relaxing at this hotel because of the obnoxiously loud bar behind the hotel. The Bali Bar is right behind the Old Town Manor, and you might as well be co located with a frat house. You pay hundreds if not a thousand dollars to stay at the Old Town Manor and the noise from next door is do deafening, it sounds like the frat party is right in your room. The speaker volume is so inconsiderate and everyone we spoke with at the Old Town Manor was complaining about the noise levels next door. The place looks pretty and wold be a relaxing place to stay, but expect the opposite You will HATE staying here if you want to get any relaxation as you are in the heart of the noisest part of Key West.
