The property was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. It was very quiet which we liked. Only thing we didn’t like was there was no bodywash in the bathroom.

Initially put in the wrong room when we got there. TV didn't work, drywall in ceiling was cracking. Pool was cold.

We had three rooms for the family. All were musty. One shower did not work properly. The carpets were sticky. Elevator floor was dirty. They could do better, or they need more staff.

Great front desk staff. I was a little surprised they only clean rooms every other day-but overall it was clean and nice staff

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The jacuzzi didn't work and our slider going out to the deck wasn't working properly. Was tough to open it and clise it. Also the curtain that covered the door was also tough to open and close. Other than that its a very nice Hotel
