Amazing Stay!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Houston Downtown. From the moment we entered the doors, the customer service was beyond superb. Robert at the front desk approached us, and welcomed us warmly, politely, and professionally. In doing so, he definitely made us feel comfortable. The JW Marriott (like most of them) was very clean, especially the lobby areas, including the rooms, and the atmosphere throughout the property was very quiet, relaxing, and stunning. Although, we experience a situation with our first room, Michelle handled everything quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated her prompt assistance and resolution.
Our in-room dining experience was wonderful as well. The food was delicious and arrived on time. Additionally, the bed and pillows were extra comfortable, making it very easy to relax and rest during our entire stay. Oh, and the lounge is absolutely gorgeous, and I highly recommend it for an area of peace and upscale experience.
Overall, the hotel is in a perfect location downtown with close access to a variety of restaurants, entertainment, and other attractions if needed. I can definitely see myself returning here very soon, and would definitely recommend the JW Marriott to others visiting Houston.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are truly delighted to hear how much you and your husband enjoyed your stay with us.
It’s especially meaningful to know that Robert made such a warm and lasting first impression, and that Michelle was able to quickly resolve your room concern with the level of care and professionalism we strive to deliver. We will be sure to recognize both of them for their outstanding service.
We’re also pleased you enjoyed the comfort of your room, your in-room dining experience, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Your kind words about the lounge and our downtown location are greatly appreciated and perfectly capture the experience we aim to create for our guests.
Thank you again for your recommendation—we look forward to welcoming you back to the JW Marriott Houston Downtown for another exceptional stay very soon.
