Incredible
Tess did an amazing job during our stay. Teresa really went above and beyond for my family to make sure our stay was comfortable. She made sure we had all the necessary supplies and ensured our room was cleaned very thoroughly. I had absolutely no complaints.
Tess was very friendly and very nice, always with a beautiful smile on her face. She acknowledged every guest that walked by and even asked me if there was anything else needed to make me and my kids feel comfortable. She did a phenomenal job with me and my children and truly deserves to see this message.
I will definitely be back, and I can’t wait to tell my friends and family about how much she made our stay so enjoyable. Tess did a great job and is a great asset to the company.

Regarding the additional costs you mentioned, resort fees and parking are very common across Hawaii and most major travel destinations. Our resort fee includes key amenities such as Wi‑Fi, access to the Splash Lounge, daily cultural activities, filtered water stations, beach gear rentals, and the 24‑hour fitness center. Parking rates in Waikiki also reflect the limited availability of space in the area.

We were on floor 14 our house keeper lea was 10/10 she was so attentive, kind and wonderful. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Was near anything you could need.
The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the pool as it was just a sun pool.
Also they couldn't accommodate parking for our suburban unless we did valet, there was a little parking near by that filled up quickly
