This is a nice property in a great location.
We’ve stayed here a couple of times and have really enjoyed it. The breakfast was great, an inviting pool (that we haven’t yet used!), and three minutes walk to town and a couple more to the river.

The indoor pool was located in the center of the hotel and open to ell floors and smell of chlorine was everywhere. Breakfast was very simple and not sure if it was fresh. No fruit at all. No resturaunt nearby.

Since the pool was in the lobby area, the common areas were a bit humid. But for the most part it was comfortable. Coffee and hot tea were always available as well.

The staff was very helpful & courteous. My room was perfect. I lacked for nothing. My fave feature was the hot tub & swimming pool in the Lobby.

The staff was not kind and accommodating at all. The room had no soap and no coffee or any of the amenities you put with coffee in the room. The carpet was dirty and the air conditioner did not work correctly. If you tried to change the temperature, it was loose on the wall, it would move and shut off ... And you would have to start over trying to set the temperature but if you touched it wrong it would shut off again so I know it was loose on the wall. I tried to show a man named Michael who came into the room after we left but he just said hmm. So I'm not sure if they're going to fix it or not. They made us not eat in the breakfast room but in the lobby. I am disabled with diabetes and neuropathy in my feet I do have a service dog for my condition, because I had my service dog they would not let me go into there with the dog and get my food they had me walk all the way across the breakfast room with two stairs to get out of there which are hard for me, and eat in the room where the couches are. Now I know there is a regulation about where food is being prepared dogs cannot be. They were bringing the food in from another room The only thing that was being prepared was microwave stuff, toaster, and waffle machine. All the other food was prepared in another room and brought in so we should have been able to eat in the breakfast room. We have done a lot of traveling, and no other hotel has ever treated this this poorly and bad with a service animal. I do not recommend this hote
