Our overall stay was good no complaints at all, the staff is polite and friendly always asked if we needed anything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable.
The private outdoor sitting area was so nice seeing the ocean view.
I look forward to staying again soon. I will most definitely book here again.

We didn’t get a balcony as scheduled but we had all we needed in a first level room. It was clean! A door that led directly to a courtyard and beach across the street. Small shower, small space for tier and no bathroom counter or blow dryer.

The hotel was ok. The rooms were small but clean. The beach was right across the street so that was excellent. But the music that blasted from 8pm to 1am was absolutely terrible. The Casino Bar right next to the property had the music so loud it was unbearable. There is a bar on the other side of the hotel that did the same. Just be aware of it. Not a good place to stay if u have kids or u want piece and quite. If u are in the mood for blasting music till 1am then this place will do just fine.

When I first arrived staff were nice and told me my room was inside another building. I booked a “courtyard” room which I had assumed was in the courtyard with an outside door. Instead, I was led down an unlit hallway that smelled awful with trash that was sitting outside the rooms for the entire stay. I was let it and immediately opened the fridge to rotting food. I cleaned it out myself as I had food in the cooler that needed to go in. The bed fell apart on the first night! The old metal frame was missing a screw, and me and my friend had to legit take the mattress off and box spring and fix it. No way to call the front desk and any time I went to say anything they were not there. They leave after 8pm and take many breaks in between. The room smelled awful, I had lavender spray in my bag to help but it didn’t. The lobby was pleasant and inviting with coffee if you could get in there while they were there. Location could not be beat, but I wish I wasn’t told I had a partial ocean view in the courtyard when it was falsely advertised. The only window in the room overlooked the back parking lot. If I return I would like a room with a balcony as I assumed that’s what I would have had or at least a seating area. No table in the room either which made eating impossible.
