I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. I would rather have that than a blow dryer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
One of the WORST stays of my life!

I do NOT recommend this dump.
Bathroom unsanitary.
Nasty filthy toilet seat from previous guest.
Never was cleaned.
Enough towels for 3 nights, I was staying 5….so this was an issue.
Room was never serviced for 5 days, until I had to personally request additional towels. They did at that time take the overflowing onto the floor trash that had accumulated since they never service the rooms. The chubby red headed girl at desk in restaurant laughed at me when I said I was I
used to daily room servicing. I stay in hotels about 50-75 nights a year & I assure you that this is the norm. Maybe not in Montana at a substandard inn.
The sheets were not changed the entire 5 night stay. Nor was the room vacuumed, this place is crap. I cannot believe that I was fooled by photos & reviews on booking.com. Shame on me for not doing a thorough research.
The refrigerator in photos is big. Mine was tiny with no freezer & there was still filth inside from previous guests. The stove was absolutely filthy & disgusting. There was no lighting at all in kitchen area. It was pitch black & I had to use flashlight on phone to read microphone settings. The ice bucket had no plastic liner. There was no way I was using ice from that filthy bucket, so had to go to store to buy plastic bags for ice.
Entire room felt grimy & not clean.
The hotel “staff” in restaurant is NOT engaged or forthcoming with needed information: ( need to ASK for addl towels to accommodate your stay??!! WTF. you should be automatically provided enough towels & not need to ask for them. You need a clean one each day. That’s a no- brainer)
Room key card expires after 2 days & needs to be reset?? B.S. this is ludicrous.
Had a note left in room from “Rebecca” who had brought in additional towels & took overflowing trash from room. Said that she put in from sheets to be changed & room cleaned. Never happened. SURPRISE!! And towel replenishment included one washcloth for 2 days! WTF??!!?
I made a huge mistake staying in this dump. Horrible & nightmare stay for a family memorial service. Did a food order next door at restaurant & it took WAY TOO LONG. The poor girl working the grill was overwhelmed with only a few orders. I think that the issue here at both places is understaffing as well as lazy or incompetent employees. Corporate issue.
I’m still angry about my stay, it was AWFUL!!!
