Would definitely recommend over and over

I stayed here from 9/19-9/26. I enjoy staying here because it’s close to everything and I enjoy the security service they have for solo travelers. Someone sits outside in a golf cart to make sure you are safe. The ladies that work the office are very nice and friendly. And the cleaning staff are very friendly as well. Rooms are a little outdated but they serve their purpose to sleep. The grounds are well manicured and clean. For the service you get it’s worth the value you pay.

Convenient, clean

Stayed for one night while visiting family. We had a pet with us so finding this pet-friendly gem was a surprise! Well-lit without being obnoxious. Although convenient area/high traffic, rooms were quiet and could not hear road noise. Rooms and a/c are dated but all in good working order. Large outdoor space, largest I’ve experienced for hotel areas, for dog walking! Front desk staff extremely friendly and eager to assist! Will stay again when traveling with pets.

Not what I expected

Arrived very early and they let us check in (very nice). At first appearance the place was nice. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful checking in. The room was outdated and worn, but clean. Now for the bad. When we pulled up to our room. There was a disgruntled man cleaning out his nasty car. Junk all around 3 parking spaces. There were bums 3 doors down sitting on a bench watching us go into the room. There was remanence of broken car glass on the ground where I parked. Wasn’t sure about the safety of the stay and that was before noon. We had things to do that day in town so we didn’t get back to the room until late that night. Lots of homeless people around. Very unnerving! Got up early the next day and decided to check out. Still a lot of undesirable people around including a couple who were near the office. The man was passed out. I waited at the window for 10 minutes to check out (sign on the window said be back in 5 minutes). I called the hotel and rang the doorbell several times. No answer. The only reason that I even checked out was because they wanted the room key card back. So since there were homeless people within 10 feet of me watching what I was doing, I decided to scratch the magnetic strip off of the key (so they couldn’t steel it and get in our room) and put it in the night box and left. If they could control the mess that Fayetteville has on their property, it might not be a bad place to stay. I never felt comfortable, and I never felt safe while on the property.

Local landmark! Its a lovely place to stay for a night, a week or possibly longer. Friendly & always accomodates. Smiles from the front desk to housekeeping. I love this place & you will too! ❤❤❤❤

Great for a night stay near I95

We (family of 5 with 2 teens) picked (booked in advance) this hotel for a night's rest on our long drive from Miami, FL to Connecticut. Hotel is not too far from I95, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, free breakfast (toast and boiled egg) was a bonus. This is a old motel but is well maintained and the staff are friendly. We will stay again!
