Wonderful Experience
I spent some time in the lobby working on my computer and saw Matt and Janice’s teamwork in action. They were wonderful, attentive, upbeat, and engaging with everyone enjoying the Bistro. I even noticed the Housekeeper (Joyce) jumping in to help at the front desk when needed. It was clear everyone was working together to create a great guest experience.
My room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep for a quick stopover. The desk setup made it easy to get some work done, and it was nice to unwind with a little Netflix afterward.
Overall, a fantastic stay. Great people, a quality room, and a property that truly delivers.

The toilet paper was sad and there was a towel rack that sat in your face as you did your business.
The teevee was what one would have in a travel van. small.
The A/C blows directly on the bed with n o moveable louvers, so I moved the one chair alone in a corner to block the flow. It needed a more.
The first room assigned #221 was next to the mechanical room, and then reeked of smoke. So, they moved us to #223.
No trolley was available to bring the bags in, though the staff volunteered to carry our load. That was a plus.
Dining was no where close to the hotel, and though breakfast was available for a charge,... no more to say.

Comfy beds, pillows, and blankets. Excellent shower! although or fan didnt work, the water pressure made everything better. I would definitely stay there again!
