Very good city hotel just off Larimer Square

I had a corner room on the 13th floor (one of the only hotels I've been that has one) with a nice view of Denver and the mountains in the distance. Nice big bathroom and the room itself was spacious. Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to work the various lamps which have no switches, but you tap on them and they go on and off. Nice pool area with food during the day. Pool is open till 9. Gym is 24/7 and it's a good one like you would expect in a good hotel. There is a steam room with whirlpool and bathing suit spinner open till 7:30. Dinner in the Edge restaurant was fine. Breakfast was also fairly decent but I was perturbed that the smoked salmon was frozen. This hotel was constructed in 2010 and they could have used a bit more insulation between rooms. I could hear from my bed the conversations next door and someone with a bad cough either next door or further down the hall. You can get a NY Times at the front desk. Hotel was apologetic about the noise and offered me a free upgrade for my next visit. Other than these few minor points, the hotel is a good one. It's close both to the convention center and to Larimer Square.

Misleading “3rd Night Free” Promotion Extremely Disappointing

I’m genuinely disappointed with how Four Seasons Denver is advertising its “Stay Longer – 3rd Night Free” promotion.
When attempting to book the offer, every date I tried showed no availability for the promotional rate… yet rooms were readily available for those same dates at the standard price.
I then called the hotel directly, assuming they could simply tell me which dates actually qualified for the promotion. Instead, I was told they could not tell me when the offer was available, could not provide dates when I could actually book it, and could only “happily recommend” rooms at the standard rate.
So you advertise a third-night-free offer, provide no meaningful way for a customer to determine when it can actually be used, show rooms as unavailable under the promotion while simultaneously selling those rooms at full price, and then direct customers to call — only for your staff to be unable to identify a single qualifying date?
What exactly is the purpose of the promotion, then?
I’ve stayed at luxury hotels and resorts around the world, and this is not the level of transparency I would expect from the Four Seasons brand. Luxury hospitality should be about exceptional service and trust, not promotions that feel designed to get customers through the door only to steer them toward the standard rate.
If availability for the promotion is extremely limited, disclose the eligible dates or blackout periods clearly. If the hotel cannot identify when the promotion can actually be booked, it shouldn’t be advertised as though it’s a meaningful offer.
Very disappointing experience before I even had the opportunity to become a guest.

Everything was ok. We stayed 3 nights. 2 of the nights we had no towels and had to use hand towels after showers. My biggest almost complaint was I was all packed and leaving and waiting on my wife as she looks in every crack for things. She just yells that I may wanna get in the room. Before this they had all my clothes folded on the couches and in my suitcase which was nice. Well they decided to take some of my stuff that was very expensive and put it in the closet that no one used the entire time and put stuff in there and close it. We went to a concert and was going to rain so I brought very expensive gear with me that was over a 1000$ and takes weeks to replace and I was leaving a week later and had to have it for up in the arctic circle. You can’t just buy this. However lucky my wife searched everywhere. I was ready to leave. I guess the problem is they put half in closet and half in suitcase. I guess from now on I know to say to leave my crap alone. That would of been ugly. Otherwise place is fine. We just slept there is all.

Phenomenal room and amenities! Staff are friendly and helpful! Food was divine! Loved the Espresso martini. Overall, amazing stay!
