I don’t know what I was expecting when we booked this hotel at the price we did and they let my babygirl (fur baby) stay too. A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!! Omg it had enough space for my 18 year old, me, my fur baby, my mom and my 5’10 year old!!! We loved it, it was clean spacious and reminded me of Embassy Suites from Indy back in the day!!! And did I mention the staff, they were super friendly and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible AND they had breakfast till like 9:30-10…..WINNING!!! My family and I loved it, next time we come through the Lansing area we know for a face where we are staying.

A group of us went and had three rooms. One room had to be switched because the AC didn’t work, the panel was off of the mechanical area, and wires were hanging out. The room we were switched into had a shower that wouldn’t shut off. Another room had sticky stuff all over the floor in front of the sink. It was Carpet which made it seem worse. Most of the cloth furniture such as sofas and chairs were in desperate need of cleaning, both in the room and in center court area.

The room was awesome with lots of space but the hot water didn't work. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient.

Where do I start… the first room they put us in was definitely ugh, the AC unit was horrible and sounded like it was going to break. Not even cold air. There were dirty socks under the sofa and no hot water! Then they moved us to a room that was smaller the sofa was stained and again loud AC smh not to mention in the lobby they had some lady sleeping there all night. Definitely wasn’t impressed

Very clean room and suite. Good selection of food for the breakfast. Quite a long walk from the nearest available parking place to the room.
