So stayed for one night on our road trip Great for dogs the staff were great
This Hotel is Quiet area Just outside the centre of town
There was a busy bridge close but it did bother us
But this is a great dog friendly hotel the main reason we stayed here all perfect

Hotel smelled like pet urine. Front desk manager was rude. Had a water leak head to change room in the middle of the night. Gentlemen on duty was very accommodating. Next morning lady at front desk was very kind.

There is apparently no maintenance department in this hotel. The power box was not mounted to the night stand and I had to pull it out from under the bed and place it on the nightstand so I could plug in my CPAP machine.
Everthing in the room was damp! The air conditioner was not removing humidity from the room. I turned on the heat to dry the air out a bit and this help. I looked at the filters and determined they have not been cleaned for at least three months by my estimate. The front grill of the AC unit in the room had a heavy layer of dust on the grate. I checked the discharge for the condensate pan outside the room and it was clogged with organic matter and stones so the condensate could not drain and the pan was most likely full. All room AC units in this hotel are most likely in this poor condition.
If I return to Cincinnati area I will not be staying in this hotel.

Room was dirty. F.loor was covered in water. Staff was rude & yelled at guests. The property did not look anything like the pictures on their site. Terrible experience

Breakfast was not free like a normal hotel would be, $11 per person. Public spaces smelled like pot and BO, bathroom still had standing water behind the toilet, my husband slipped and fell out of the shower. The only good part was the dove soaps and hair care, however it’s placed so high on the wall it squirts in your eye and my 10 year old couldn’t reach it. Pool was very murky and smaller than pictured. Will not be staying here ever again. Not worth the price point, you’re better off at a super 8.
