Great

Ari was awesome. She helped me and my husband park our truck and she helped us with our bags. Made us feel very welcomed as soon as we got here

It was super hot in lobby, halls, elevators and breakfast area. Our room was not cleaned after our first night there, I had to notify front desk and was told others had same issue.

Horrendous hotel.

If I could give this “hotel” zero stars I would. The only perk is being off 95. We stayed here for one night as part of a staycation to enjoy a night away and the pool with my brother and his family. Check in is 3. Our room was not ready. The front desk gave us a different room. Not the end of the world. My brothers room was not ready until 5, two hours after the alleged check in time. When we called down to see if the room was ready at 4:45, the girl at the desk was incredibly rude and made him go back to show his id even though he did that at check in at 3pm with the “manager.” The hallway was at a minimum 80 degrees and humid. Went to put my daughter to bed in the pull out sofa. No pillows for it and best of all ZERO bedding on it. Thankfully I brought a blanket she sleeps with and she had that. But zero sheets or anything to have between her and a mattress protector. Best of all this FABULOUS experience only cost the low price of $370. This is the WORST “hotel” I have ever stayed in. And I would not ever ever recommend someone stay here.

Warning for those with bad knees

All in all our stay was pleasant with a few glitches. Our room wasn’t serviced one day and it was assumed that we left the do not disturb on the door even though we did not. Also being a senior with bad knees the toilets were extremely low and difficult to get up from. Seniors beware. Other than that the room was clean, staff friendly for the most part, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

This was a standout hotel on a long roadtrip

This was a great hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was vey good. The coffee was especially good.
