Excellent stay!
Normajean was absolutely wonderful! After a very long day and a grumpy five year old in tow, Normajean made us feel so special and personalized our stay in a big way! My son went from being a grumpy little bear to being so happy that he didn’t want to check-out the next morning. He felt like “Eloise at the Plaza Hotel”. Seeing Normajean interact with her guests showed absolute genuine care. She seemed to really enjoy finding ways to delight all of her guests and really enjoy her job. I’m so happy we had a chance to meet Normajean while visiting your hotel this stay. The renovation looks wonderful! The s’mores by the fire pit are such a nice touch! Really adds to the experience - awesome amenity while staying in the white mountains on a chilly night with family.

Amazing
Everything there was amazing! I was in awe walking in and it just kept getting better, Kristen R was so welcoming,We enjoyed the pool. Relaxing atmosphere,fire pit,the gym and even breakfast in the morning.Definitely give it 5 stars and will be back.

The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The staff were nice. Continental breakfast was nice doing s’mores by the fire and the pool was nice.

Cleaning chemicals are obnoxious here.
I've been staying at the Marriott Residence for many years now...we were very excited but very disapointed to see the new renovations ....The lobby chairs by the fireplace are so very very uncomforatble and certainly not "welcoming" to sit at. Looking more like a cafeteria seating arrangement at a college dorm. The smell of the room was very just so overwhelming from the chemicals I'm assuming that clean the room.... The staff is just wonderful as always ...as is the breakfast. However with many new hotels in North Conway that I have recently stayed at I'm very disapointed in the change. Sorry to review this way...

Decent stopover
Hotel is modern, rooms well furnished, pool good etc. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated but there was no cereal or fibre/ healthy options other than kids stuff (lady said other cereal had been out of stock for months) and I ended up taking berries, yoghurt and granola to breakfast which was needed after a week long road trip. We used the Laundry but they had no detergent so had to take the car out to purchase it. Complimentary coffee station was appreciated. We were there at the same time as the fun fighters bike club and they were all lovely and added to the vibe. Our daughter liked the s’mores kits.
