Excellent Staff

We were in town overnight because of a funeral. Our check in was super easy even though I used a third party to book the room. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and even offered us some tips. Morning check out was done online, but I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she was also very pleasant. The stay was quiet and it was a quick trip in, so we didn't really use any amenities.

We have stayed here several times. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. We now need wheelchair access. Staff were always ready to help me lift my husband’s chair in and out of my car. That makes the trip so much easier for me!

So-So Hotel but with decent breakfast

This was a very average hotel that had a pretty good breakfast bar. The room was very basic for two people --- 2 double beds, small desk with 1 chair, micro and fridge, no USB ports but a couple of accessible electrical outlets. Bathroom was OK, and everything was clean. Check-in clerk apparently having a bad day which was reflected in her attitude. Asked her about places to eat in this small town and she pointed to a menu display at the end of the lobby. Couldn't bother to tell us about a Subway right next door. Ordered Door-Dash Chinese which we had to eat in the breakfast area since the room had no table and only one chair. If it weren't for the breakfast area and the availability of breakfast, this hotel would have been rated a very average 3.

Room was relatively clean, staff were friendly, good coffee/tea station 24/7. Good parking in front of building, quiet- did not have breakfast.

Nice room, nice people

Nice room. Ice machines not working on 2&3, and luggage carts MIA, but as usual, extremely nice staff make up for any problems. Will stay again if we get back here!
