We arrived just before 3pm and only rooms on the 5th floor were ready, so we could take that or wait (reception is on the 4th floor and rooms go up from there, maybe to the 15th??). We had a baby with us and did not want to wait, so we discovered the view on the 5th floor is a retaining wall about 10 ft from your windows, so even though we were on the Potomac side the view was blocked.
The big advantage was the 4 min walk to the Roslyn Metro station, so getting around DC and even back to the airport is super convenient. The baby loved the clean carpeted floor, the gym was well equipped and pleasant, but we didn’t use much else, including breakfast since Bethesda Bagels across the street was superb.

Friendly service, renovated rooms and convenient

Friendly and professional service from Omid at the front desk as well as housekeeping from Bor! Le Meridien recently underwent renovations and the rooms have a fresh look. Would recommend also given its close proximity to transit such as Metro as well as Reagan airport.

Great people and decent hotel

Samim was great! Very helpful and great attitude. Hotel is central enough and rooms are decent. I stay here often and will continue as long as the employees are like Samim

Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most

Through my own error, I had not made a reservation to add on a reservation for a personal night to a work trip. When I arrived at Le Meridien and discovered my mistake, I was so dejected. Not the self-made problem I wanted to deal with at the end of the day.
Omid was very generous, got me a lovely room at a very good rate. He turned my day around by going above and beyond. Thank you Omid!

Best Customer Experience in a While

We hosted a series of meetings in May. Sheridan and her team stood out. Just exceptional care, thoughtfulness and service. We weren't sure where in Arlington or just over the river to host meetings, called a number of places and from the jump it was responsiveness, ease, customer orientation, how-can-we-help-make-it-great-and-make-it-easy. It's a standard that top-tier hotels should be delighted to have. We are likely having another series of meetings in a few months and it's a no-brainer to return to Le Meridien Arlington.
