The stay was very nice tho the washing machine needs a note when its full of quarters..
So one doesnt keep adding to the problem.

there was ants in our room one of the burners didn't work, it was a very horrible experience for my family. when I tried to use the washer and dryer it took 10 dollars from my account and I tried to get a refund they wanted everything to prove they were at fault.

Won't be returning

The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable-the springs in the very thin mattress were prominent. My daughter ended up staying with a local family member 3 nights because she could not sleep on the mattress.
The room had a bad smell- I tried spraying Lysol and using essential oils to get rid of it, but did not work. Granted, we slept in a pet-friendly room, but it didn't smell like dog- it smelled like stinky feet (and not the Frito kind).
There was no ice machine in the hotel. They did offer the old fashioned plastic ice trays to borrow, but they were not enough to fill our cooler for travel.
I attempted to "borrow" a hair dryer every day of our stay, and was told that no one had turned one in. Even the cheapest hotels we stayed in always had an available hair dryer.
We had to empty our own trash in a location on the other side of the building. Didn't mind emptying it if there was a closer drop off point.
On a positive note, the room was clean overall when we arrived, except for that smell.
Any utensils you would need to cook you must borrow from the front desk. We didn't cook, so we didn't really care about that. Also, we needed to borrow bedding for the couch bed, which we ended up not using after the 1st night.

Low class hotel. The rooms are big so that's a plus. No deposit if paying by card. Not bad for a couple nights if needed.

Extended Stay America is better for longer trips than for the 1-night we stayed there. We didn't use the kitchenette in the room. Continental breakfast was sparse but okay. Staff at the front desk super friendly and helpful.
NOTE: There are two Extended Stay America locations within 5 minutes of each other in Bothell. Make sure you are going to the right one.
