The front desk staff was very nice and polite… the yard guys helped out as well… I highly recommend this hotel…

Do not stay here at all

Absolutely one of the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. For three nights I sweat to death in the room because the thermostat is controlled by motion and you cannot override. I also tried to cancel an upcoming trip at five days and they will not cancel because they say they have a five day cancellation. Do not stay at this hotel and if I can get one person to not stay, it is worth the late cancel fee I had to pay that they have charged me.

We love this Hampton in. For the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast is the morning is great although the breakfast attendant isn't always the happiest person (a little gruff). The hotel could use some updating but overall we love it, it's close by so we can take a little overnight "vacation" and go swimming every once and awhile. But there have been a few times that the hot tub has been out of order and so we didn't go and one time we got up for breakfast and they had their refrigerator to break or something similar and so the had no waffle batter so "make your own waffles" was

Booked a room with a jetted tub and it did not work. Also, there were water bugs in the room.

The room was spacious and appeared clean. But, my husband slept on the sofa couch and woke up with swollen eyes. My daughter broke out in hives after the second night. The carpet seemed old, and dusty, which could have contributed to the allergies.
But overall, the breakfast was good. Staff was nice. The location was near restaurants. I would recommend but, I don't think we will stay here again due to the weird allergies both my daughter and husband experienced.
