Great location
I booked this hotel for its location. It's a perfect base to walk to many of the sights and has good transport links.
The photos of the hotel look more glamorous than it is. The reception area seemed small and dark.
This is just some feedback on my stay.
We had 2 standard rooms booked. My room was very spacious and clean but lacked sufficient natural light. I felt the room was too dark.
In such a large room, a little more storage space would have been useful along with some hooks to hang clothes. I asked for an iron and was given a hand steamer. This is fine and worked well but I found it awkward to steam my outfit without anywhere to hang it.
The bathroom was functional and clean but again lacking a few hooks for clothes.
The hallways were very dark but the lights would come on as you walked through.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant area which was a very nice large pretty room with lots of light. However breakfast itself was very disappointing. It was served in a side room and just looked uneventful.
My family had a smaller room but it had a balcony with lots of natural light and gowns/slippers in the cupboard which we didnt have.
The hotel doesn't provide any complimentary water but there are 2 bottles in the mini bar.
Julia on the front desk was super friendly.
Overall this was a comfortable but expensive stay.

Excellent location
Spacious Premium room, comfortable king-size bed, wide shower with the "rain shower" activated, water flows out. Well-stocked minibar.
Exceptional location: 10 minutes to Cathedral Square, 10 minutes to Metro Colon, Bus 31 to the beaches (50 minutes travel time) right in front of the hotel.
Good breakfast, both sweet and savory.
Staff available to provide directions and advice to customers

Exceptional location
We chose this hotel because of the location and recommend it for everything else: clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Attentive and knowledgeable staff who made us feel at home. The bus stop is in front of the front door of the hotel!!! All around there are shops, bars, clubs and so much history to see: do not miss the church of San Nicola and also the Duomo.

Very good location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.
The hotel could be better maintained, notably the bathrooms, which are always flooded because the door isn’t closing properly.

Great location. Would be nice if there was a lounge to have drinks/relax in evening, but only a restaurant.
