Very good location very clean!!!
Hotel completely renovated with elevator , very well located between the Gare du Nord and the TGV with also all transport, in the city center you can do everything on foot!
The hotel has a lot of charm,, the rooms are pretty with everything you need included the safe, everything very clean, excellent bedding!
Breakfast is varied and very good.
Code access is very convenient!
The owner Jose is very welcoming, very friendly, and very interesting always ready to give you information about the city, we feel immediately comfortable, very good atmosphere!
I recommend 100/100 we go back every time we go to Valencia, very good value for money.

Super recommended
This hotel is a small pearl in a beautiful city. The owners are of disarming kindness, pleasant, lovable. The rooms are spotless, quiet and equipped with every comfort so much so that you think that two stars are few. Spacious bathroom, fridge in the room, kettle, tv , wifi etc. I highly recommend it. A stone's throw from the historic center

Valencia, beautiful experience.
Our stay at the Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Jose, who speaks very good Italian was a great discovery. He showed us and dispensed advice on places of interest and great restaurants, some of which tried and graditi.la morning of my wife's birthday, Jose' made us find a beautiful cake with candle. Thank you again for the affectionate and kind surprise. The room 31, on the Third party floor with balcony, although not large, was spotless, the bed comfortable, shower and bath cute and towels and cleaning al top.Al our arrival were available in addition to two bottles of water in the fridge also the coffee machine and some pods. The location of the hotel and 'very close to the historic center and convenient to walk to it. Bus stop and metro very close. Entrance to the hotel and room with codice.Colazione continental delicious.

Excellent!!!
Great property within walking distance of the center and public transport stops. The large room, very bright, clean and the large bathroom, had mini bar, coffee machine and kettle.
The excellent staff helpful and very kind, we were also prepared breakfast for the day of departure which was very early, both sweet and savory breakfast with everything you need..... very good cakes .... if we return to Valencia we will definitely stay there, good value for money.

Bring your own (dog's) bed!
I came for a meeting - and had my dog with me. Unfortunately, she's not allowed on the bed, and I didn't have her bed with me, so used the blanket and got into big trouble with the manager. My bad - I ended up paying for the blanket, so if you go and do forget your dog's bed as I did - please ask for mine! It now should be available for anyone who asks :D. Otherwise, the rooms were basic, and clean, the aircon was blissfully working well, and the breakfast was nice (but watch the timing - as my meetings started at 8, I missed the first day's breakfast as it wasn't available before I left).
